GET TO KNOW ME

Hola! I am a bilingual, Spanish speaking therapist. I am a wife and mother to some pretty awesome kids! Born & raised in California but Triad has now become my lovely home!

I received my Masters in Social Work from UNC Chapel Hill in 2012. I have experience providing outpatient counseling to both English and Spanish speaking individuals and couples. I have also worked in the hospital setting providing crisis intervention, grief counseling, substance abuse assessments, resources, nursing home and hospice placement. My experience as an outpatient therapist and social worker make me the ideal therapist. I am passionate about providing uplifting, life changing and  compassionate care to my clients.

Three characteristics that represent me are passion, transparency and  joy. I am 'real' in my sessions as I believe that honesty (in love) can help us move from a place of struggle to living an intentional life. I also believe that laughter when appropriate can bring healing. I desire that my clients experience a joyful and reviving experience when they encounter me as their therapist. My hope is that when you leave Revive Counseling & Wellness Center you will experience the freedom that you need to fulfill your purpose on this earth.
