Please know that by law we are required to share certain information without consent. Please look at the next question for that information.

WHEN CAN MY INFORMATION BE SHARED WITHOUT CONSENT?

  • A therapist may release information if they receive a court order. This could happen if a person's mental health is into question during legal proceedings. Please keep in mind that if our services are requested in court there will be a $300.00/ per hour fee.
